Late Arrival

All appointments will end AS IF they started on time. Your appointment will be held for up to 15 minutes after that it will be canceled as No Show and will be charged full rate.

Cancelation

I understand life happens. I would request that you cancel your appointment by calling as soon as you know you will not be able to make it with at least 24 hour notice. If your cancelation is received with less than 24 hours you will be charged in full for the session with an allowance of 2 emergency exceptions over 12 months at that therapists discretion. Not showing up for your appointment will result in 100% billing for the session scheduled. In such cases, I will require pre-payment for all future appointments.
